FAQs

  • Our Foundation classes are intentionally designed for beginners — no experience needed, just a willingness to try something new.

You’ll build strength, confidence, and the fundamentals you need to feel strong and supported. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you can level up or explore any of our choreography-style classes to express your movement in new ways.

We also offer beginner-friendly classes like Heels, Sexy Chair, Flexibility Training, Dirty Yoga — because movement should feel fun, freeing, and a little bit fearless.

All you need to bring is an open mind.
We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Before Class:
    • Do not apply lotion or hair products. These can damage equipment and reduce your grip.
    • No hand jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches). This prevents equipment damage and protects you.
    • No chewing gum.

    What to Wear

    Pole: Less is more.
Skin contact is essential for grip, so shorts and layers you can remove are ideal.

Aerial (Lyra, Hammock, Silks): More is better.
These apparatuses are less forgiving. Full coverage is recommended — wear athletic leggings and fitted layers to protect your skin.

    Floor-Based Classes:
Knee pads are highly recommended, along with layers for comfort and support.

Come prepared so you can move safely, confidently, and get the most out of your class.
