STUDIO POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account, booking classes or events, purchasing memberships, packages, workshops, parties, or using any services provided by The Cheeky Peach, you agree to the following policies and terms.

The Cheeky Peach is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, respectful, and empowering environment for all adults 18+.

RESPECT & SAFETY

Discrimination, harassment, bullying, unsafe behavior, slander or disrespect toward staff or students will not be tolerated.

All classes and events are drug- and alcohol-free.

Students may not instruct, coach, or spot other students during class.

For safety reasons, only trained instructors may provide instruction or spotting assistance.

The Cheeky Peach reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant violating studio policies or creating an unsafe environment.

ARRIVAL & ATTENDANCE

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and preparation before class begins.

Students arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to participate due to safety concerns and disruption to class flow.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Class, workshop, and event cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive account credit.

Late cancellations made within 24 hours of class time and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking and may incur a $10 fee.

Deposits and payments for parties, private events, workshops, and special events are non-refundable.

Failure to attend or cancellations of booked events will result in forfeiture of deposits.

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full, students may join the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, booking may automatically transfer into the class.

It is the student’s responsibility to monitor emails, app notifications, and booking status.

Once added into class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.

DRESS CODE

The Cheeky Peach is a professional place of business. Nudity is not permitted at any time.

Pole classes may require more skin contact for grip. Students may wear shorts, athletic wear, or fitted attire as long as all private areas remain fully covered.

For aerial classes, leggings and layered tops are strongly recommended to help protect against friction, burns, and bruising.

For yoga, flexibility, and wellness classes, comfortable athletic clothing is recommended.

Some classes may require students to bring their own mat, water and rag.

Students should review class descriptions for specific attire recommendations.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Classes or events may be delayed, canceled, or adjusted due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

Weather-related updates will be communicated through email, app notifications, and social media whenever possible.

Standard cancellation policies still apply for missed classes due to weather-related travel concerns unless otherwise stated by management.

CLASS & EQUIPMENT POLICIES

Classes with fewer than 3 students registered may be canceled.

During busy class times, students may share apparatuses and studio space.

Students are encouraged to bring their own cleaning rag or towel for equipment sanitation.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

Advance booking is encouraged.

Memberships, class credits, and packages are non-transferable and cannot be extended unless approved by management.

Only 12-month memberships may be paused for up to 3 total months. Pause requests must be submitted in writing before the renewal date.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

PRIVACY POLICY

By creating an account or providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from The Cheeky Peach via email and text message.

These communications may include:
• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Schedule changes and studio updates
• Membership and account notifications
• Promotions, events, sales, and marketing messages

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.

Personal information collected through our website, booking software, forms, events, or in-person interactions is used solely for operating studio services, customer communication, and improving customer experience.

The Cheeky Peach does not sell personal information to third parties.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in classes, events, or activities at The Cheeky Peach, you acknowledge that pole fitness, aerial arts, yoga, flexibility training, dance, and fitness activities involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

The Cheeky Peach reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, services, policies, and offerings at any time without notice.

Use of our website, booking systems, services, or participation in activities constitutes acceptance of all studio policies, terms, and conditions.
