Join us for a creative, empowering hour of meditation and painting as we celebrate the beauty, strength, and softness of the feminine experience—however it lives in you.

We’ll start with a grounding meditation to connect with your body and inner self, then move into a guided paint session where you’ll bring your own “peach” to life on canvas—inspired by self-love, feminine power, and body positivity.

Puppy Yoga Class With Almost Home Animal Rescue

Join us for an unforgettable hour of Puppy Yoga, where wellness and whimsy come together in perfect harmony! This unique class combines traditional yoga poses with the playful energy of adorable, adoptable puppies. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this session is designed to bring joy and relaxation to all.

• Duration: 1 hour of guided yoga practice with a certified instructor.

• Puppy Playtime: Enjoy the company of lively puppies who will roam freely, offering cuddles and playful interactions as you move through your poses.

• Adoptable Pups: All puppies are from a local animal rescue and are looking for their forever homes. Fall in love and you might just leave with a new best friend!

• Support a Cause: A portion of every ticket sold goes directly towards supporting the local animal rescue, helping more animals find loving homes.

• Your own yoga mat (we will have a limited number of mats available for those who need one).

By participating in our Puppy Yoga class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Potty Accidents: Puppies may have occasional potty accidents. We will have cleaning supplies on hand, but please be understanding and patient.

• Playful Behavior: Puppies may bite, scratch, or engage in rough housing. While we strive to supervise and manage their behavior, such actions are natural for young animals.

• Personal Responsibility: Participants assume all risks associated with interacting with the puppies, including potential bites, scratches, or other playful behaviors. The organizers and the venue are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur.

• Respect for Puppies: Please treat all puppies with kindness and respect. If a puppy's behavior becomes too disruptive, please inform the instructor or a staff member for assistance.

Holiday Open Practice Jam & Potluck!

Let’s celebrate the season together! We’re hosting a Thanksgiving open practice jam, free for our yearly members and open to everyone. Bring your favorite snacks or drinks to share in potluck style and connect with our amazing community. Both pole and aerial spaces will be open for practice, so feel free to flow, play, and explore! For non-members, the exchange is just $25. Join us for an evening of fun, food, and festive vibes – let’s make it a morning to remember!
