At The Cheeky Peach, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for adults 18+.
Please review the following policies carefully.

Respect & Safety

  • Discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • All classes are drug- and alcohol-free.

  • Students may not instruct or spot other students. For safety reasons, this is the responsibility of our trained instructors only.

  • Policy violations may result in removal from the studio.

Arrival & Attendance

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking, check in and settle before class.

  • Students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join, for their safety and the safety of others.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Early cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a registered class, workshop, or event. These will result in class credit that may be applied to future sessions.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit your spot and incur a $10 fee.

  • For parties or all other booked events, failure to show up or cancellations of any kind will result in The Cheeky Peach LLC retaining the deposit.

Waitlist Policy

  • When a class is full, students may join the waitlist.

  • If a spot opens, it will automatically be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to monitor booking status, including email and app notifications.

  • Once moved from the waitlist into a class, standard cancellation policies apply.

Inclement Weather Policy

Severe weather conditions—including flash flooding or 6+ inches of snow—may result in delayed classes or cancellations for safety reasons.

  • Classes or events may be canceled when 6 or more inches of snow are expected. Whenever possible, cancellations will be communicated at least 2 hours prior to class time.

  • Students are encouraged to check weather forecasts before booking, as snow is common during winter in New York.

  • When snowfall is less than 6 inches, instructors may use their discretion when deciding whether to teach, prioritizing their safety—particularly for early morning classes.

Any studio closures or schedule changes will be communicated via email, app notifications, and social media when possible.

Missed classes due to weather-related travel issues are subject to standard cancellation policies.

Class & Equipment Policies

  • Classes may be canceled if fewer than 3 students are registered. In these cases, students will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class time.

  • During peak hours, up to 2 students may share one apparatus. By joining class, you agree to share space and build community.

  • Please bring your own rag for equipment sanitation.

Registration & Payments

  • Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

  • Memberships and class credits are non-transferable and cannot be extended.
    Email notifications are sent prior to expiration.

  • Only 12-month memberships may be paused for up to three months total, and pauses must be requested in writing via email before the membership renewal date.
